Centroid Engineering Solutions Pte Ltd was formed by a group of seasoned professionals who bring combined expertise of over thirty years across industrial automation, process engineering, electrical design and mechanical installation.
We serve high-stakes, highly regulated plants across eleven industries — taking projects from design through fabrication, installation and validation to a fully commissioned system.
As an authorised system integrator across the major control platforms, we keep legacy systems and new builds running to the same exacting standard, on programme and on record.

Every engagement is site-specific and delivered against one drawing set — from design and panel build through installation, loop check and commissioning.
The piping and instrumentation diagram fixes every line, valve, instrument and interlock before anything is bought. It is the drawing the rest of the project is checked against.

Concept-to-commissioning engineering for process plants — P&ID development, equipment sizing and full system design that is safe, efficient and built around your own site constraints.
An obsolete controller taken to a current platform without a rewrite from scratch. Proven logic is converted and restructured into maintainable blocks, not replaced with a guess at what it did.

Legacy upgrade and plant migration, DCS and PLC programming, SCADA and HMI development and complete control system integration — built on industry-standard platforms with full traceability.
HT and LT distribution from the incomer out: load schedules, cable sizing, protection grading and the discrimination study that proves a fault trips the nearest device and not the main.
